He began his career on both the comedy stage and as a juvenile counselor in San Francisco’s Youth Guidance Center. In 1980, Michael Pritchard won first place in the San Francisco International Stand Up Comedy Competition as well as winning the prestigious California Probation Officer of the Year.
Michael’s offers from Hollywood rolled in including a guest appearance on an Emmy Award winning episode of “Taxi.”  His sensational standup comedy billed him with Robin Williams, Jerry Seinfeld, Dana Carvey and Whoopi Goldberg playing venues as Caesar’s, the Comedy Store, Universal Ampitheater and opening for such names as Diana Ross, the Grateful Dead, Kenny Rogers, Mike Mc Donald and Boz Scaggs.  But Michael rejected offers from Hollywood to focus on using his comic talents for inspiring youth and adults.  Drawing from his counseling background, Michael Pritchard began using humor to inspire, teach communication skills, anger management, diversity, conflict resolution and overcoming burnout and stress.

Michael has become one of the most popular humorists and motivational speakers of today, sought after by myriad companies, organizations and media.  As a result of his work, he has been featured on CNN, NBC’s “The Today Show”, “The Tonight Show”, CBS “Sunday Morning” with Charles Kuralt, “Time” magazine and “People” magazine.  His seven educational series for PBS and distribution has been seen by millions and focuses on youth guidance in the areas of violence prevention. “The Power of Choice,” “You Can Choose”, and “Big Changes, Big Choices.”  We are thrilled to have Michael joining us at Clean & Sober Music Fest.

Featuring Dave Shul on Backup Vocals & Guitar, Bob Crawford on Keyboards,
Dave Jess on Bass and Ronnie Smith on Drums

Stefanie Keys is an Indie Rock artist working in San Francisco and Nashville. From 2009-2014 she fronted Big Brother & The Holding Company. Throughout her career, Keys has been developing a Southern Rock/Soul flavor all her own. Her style has been compared to Lucinda Williams, Melissa Etheridge, and Jill Scott. "She isn't afraid to move from a gently rendered acoustic track into a slow burning and muscular soulful rocker," says Gilbert Mullis of Carlito's Music Blog. "Credibility and confidence alike come from every song."

The artist's third album "Open Road," released in September 2016, features producer and guitarist Dave Shul (Spearhead) and Peter Keys (Lynyrd Skynyrd). Under Shul's influence, Ms. Keys explored the subtle nuances of her vocal ability in smooth, urban tracks like "City Life" and "9 O'Clock." "Humanity is a defining characteristic of this release," says Charles Hatton of Indie Music Reviews. "Keys often sounds like someone who would be singing these songs even if no one were listening. The fullness of her expression on the magnificent 'Open Road' leads listeners to believe this might be her most personal statement yet."

Stefanie Keys' band is real music. "She is joined by a crack assemblage of musicians who help her realize the potential of this material without ever once seeking the spotlight out for their own considerable talents," says Shannon Cowden of Indie Music Review. Deep pocket drummer and back up vocalist Ronnie Smith, guitarist/producer/co-writer Dave Shul, latin funk keyboardist Bob Crawford and blues bassist Dave Jess together contribute to Stefanie's song-based artistry.
